Klett Residence Kitchen

While I was back home visiting Coeur d'Alene in January, I had the pleasure of shooting some photographs of my brother's beautiful craftsmanship. He is starting a new business venture in Idaho and needed some pictures done up for his website. These photos are of his newly remodeled kitchen.

Everything you see here was designed and built by Jason, including the countertops, cabinets, and doors. He completely gutted the kitchen beforehand and everything was taken out except for the floor. Jay and Sarah decided on the two tone painted look for the cabinets, with grey on the bottom and white on the top. The shiny stainless steel appliances and apron sink add to the fresh modern farmhouse vibes.

Jay and Sarah have a great mix of old and new throughout their minimalist home.

The chalkboard is often decorated with drawings from visitors and the piece of art hanging to the right of the window is a chunk of old scrap metal Jay found that had clearly been used as target practice.

Table and chair set is from JUNK, located on 4th St in CdA.

I hope you enjoy checking out his work; he is an amazing carpenter and finished cabinet maker. If anyone in the Northern Idaho area is interested in custom work, feel free to contact me for his information or visit Olekirk and send him a message!
